We founded the BTG Vision with a singular mission: to eliminate “Project Amnesia” and operational friction. We combine deep academic rigour with the practical grit required to get things done on projects.

With over a decade of experience managing a $1B+ portfolio across international companies, Ali bridges the gap between executive strategy and execution. With a PhD in Project Management and Digital Transformation, he combines academic rigour with practical, boots-on-the-ground governance to help organisations eliminate Project Amnesia, and transform technical supervisors into business leaders.
